| Hi Members,
Why not have a "Well Maintained Block" Contest to recognize those blocks which take the pain to maintain themselves well, while also encouraging other to compete to improve their own blocks.
There can be a grading system where more than one block can be rated as Excellent.
The grading can be based on a number of parameters cleanliness of floors, walls, water tanks and sumps, gardens, working condition and of the lift, motor, etc., total energy consumption and usage of renewable energy sources, etc.,
The voting can be by the members of the community as well as the eminent visitors to the community.
