| Dear Members,
The Executive Committee in their meeting held on 30.11.08 have decided to carry out the following items of works with their cost as noted against them immediately to keep the security to our campus in a safe and better position :
1. Reconstruction of 110 feet compound wall collapsed during the recent rain : Rs. 1,10,000
2. Replacing the old gate with new one : Rs. 25,000
3. Providing a wire fencing and later with a wall so as to prevent the residents of the back side premises from entering into our campus : Rs.50,000
Therefore to carry out the above works it has been decided to collect Rs.1000 from each member resident in two installments, viz. Rs. 500 within a weeks time ie, before 12.12.08 so as to pay advance to contractor and the balance of Rs.500 on or before 31.12.08 without fail.
Therefore, I kindly request the members to pay the above said amount either directly or through the branch association as per the time schedule.
Please treat this most urgent.

| The wall work should be completed as early as possible, especially near the well as this can cause security problems.
Regarding work item no.3, what sort of a wire fencing are we talking about ? Can we not directly go for a wall fencing ?

Regarding work item no.3, what sort of a wire fencing are we talking about ? Can we not directly go for a wall fencing ?
No we cannot go in for a wall fencing at once due to a few practical difficulties discussed in the Executive Committee meeting. But, we can assure you that the cost for the wire fencing will be very minimal and it will also be recovered partly by selling it off again at a later date.
